What is Shoreline Ready?

We deliver, set up, and pick up beach gear so you can enjoy your time by the ocean without hauling chairs, wrestling with shade, or packing everything up afterward. Choose your setup and location, and we’ll handle the heavy lifting.

Where do you offer beach setups?

We serve designated locations on Anastasia Island, including St. Augustine Beach, Butler Beach, and Crescent Beach. We also offer setups at Vilano Beach Oceanfront Park on the North Island.

Our St. Augustine Beaches delivery map shows the available locations, along with nearby roads and landmarks to help you find your way.

Can you set up anywhere on the beach?

Our setups are available near the designated access points offered when you book. We need to reach your location with our delivery vehicle on the beach, so we cannot serve every public access point.

How do I make a reservation?

Visit shorelineready.com to choose your package, date, rental time, and delivery location. Add any available extras you’d like, then complete your reservation online.

What’s included in a setup?

Our Essentials Arrival, Comfort Arrival, and Golden Hour Arrival packages offer different combinations of seating, shade, and beach-day extras.

Each package listing includes its full contents, so you can see exactly what comes with your selection before booking. We handle delivery, setup, and pickup.

Can I add extra chairs or other items?

Yes! We offer individual items and add-ons to help you tailor your setup to your group. Browse the available extras when booking to see what’s available for your date.

Do I need to be there while you set up?

No. We’ll get everything ready and contact you on the day of your reservation once your setup is complete.

How will I find my setup?

Once everything is ready, we’ll send you a photo and the exact location of your setup near your chosen public beach access point. Keep an eye out for our message before heading onto the beach.

Do I have to arrive as soon as my setup is ready?

You’re welcome to arrive anytime after we’ve let you know your setup is ready. It’s yours to enjoy until your selected end time.

Arriving later does not change your reservation’s end time.

What should I bring?

Bring your snacks, drinks, swimwear, and personal beach essentials. Check your package’s included items before packing so you’ll know which towels, shade, seating, and accessories we’re bringing for you.

What happens when we’re finished?

We’ll take care of picking up the rental equipment at the end of your reservation. Please gather your personal belongings before you leave.

If you decide to head out early, send us a quick message so we can pick up sooner.

What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

You may cancel because of weather up to 2 hours before your reservation begins and receive a full refund, including your security deposit.

Shoreline Ready may also cancel before your scheduled reservation because of weather. If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund, including your security deposit. 

What if I need to cancel for another reason?

For cancellations unrelated to weather, you must cancel at least three days before your rental to qualify for a refund.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes. A security deposit is collected when you book.

Your deposit is returned within 24 hours after we collect the equipment, provided all rental items are accounted for and undamaged. Missing or damaged equipment may result in forfeiture of your deposit under the rental terms.
